FAQ for Individual Instruction

When are Classes?

Classes are typically held monthly. There are two options for class scheduling.

Option1: Two sessions on a Thursday and Friday from 1:00-5:00 pm. 2022 Dates: April 28-29, June 2-3, June 30-July 1, Aug 4-5, Sept 1-2, Sept 29-30, Nov 3-4 . Cost $199

Option 2: A full day Saturday class from 9:00 am-4:30 pm. 2022 Dates: April 2, April 30, June 4, July 2, Aug 6, Sept 3, Oct 1, Nov 5. Cost $199

Cancellation policy: If a particular class does not have enough participants it will be cancelled. Registered participants can choose to transfer their registration to a class in the future or get a refund.

Where are the Classes?

Classes are held in the classroom of our offices. The office is located at 5804 Elaine Drive #103 Rockford , IL.

There is plenty of parking just outside the front doors and all facilities are located on the ground floor.

What is the Ratio of Instructors to Students?

In a typical class there are between 5-20 students. This makes it possible for all participants to have individual attention to his or her particular needs.

What do I need to bring to class?

For the best possible experience you should bring a laptop with a copy of QuickBooks installed. We will be using sample company data so that everyone has the same point of reference.

It is recommended that you bring some method for taking notes. While there maybe class materials handed out, you may need to make additional notes for your specific situation.

To ensure your comfort, wear layers, bring a sweater… everyone’s choice in room temperature can be different and we want to be comfortable.

Is this for QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online?

The class will focus on QuickBooks Desktop. It is the more versatile and robust format. Most of what is taught is also applicable to QuickBooks Online.
